Pamela Anderson; Juno Awards; Seal Hunt
Pamela Anderson hosted this year's Juno Awards (Canadian music awards). During her opening monologue she made sharp anti-seal slaughter remarks that got the crowd booing.
"One of my favourite artists could not be here to-night. Seal. He was afraid of being clubbed to death". Then she said something along the lines of 'I like it rough some times. I grew up watching Canuck games so I like a little blood on the ice: in hockey that is'.
The thing is, this year's Junos are in Halifax, Nova Scotia where many of the seal hunters are from.
She has balls I'll give her that.
For the record, I am against the seal-slaughter.
